FNN reporter, Drake Stone continues his investigation into the abduction of children for telepathic experimentations. After several false starts, he seeks advice about a device implanted into the children back to a renegade Romulan, Thorliss, living in exile on New Aries. Meanwhile Governor Lovesy is growing uneasy about the growing crime syndicates are getting out of control and complains to Kevin Conroy, CEO of Conroy Pharmaceuticals.
