New Aries - March Update

New Aries welcomes two new players, Tal Tel-ar, the colony's new Chief of Police and Kull Wolfgaar, owner of the casino ship, Black Orchid. Under Governor Cassandra Baines, corruption in the colony was cleaned up, but almost immediately after her term when her former chief of staff, Reginald Lovesy, succeeded her, the corruption returned.
