USS Vichy - March Update

With the decomissioning of the USS Achilles, Captain Logan Campbell set himself the task of taking the USS Vichy out of mothballs and begin a thorough refit. But the recent rash of attacks on Starbase T'Plana Hath has revealed a dangerous terrorist cell that was bold enough to sabotage the USS Wild Card's warp core.
